Resets Eat My Bunk Bed

Where: Warehouse Two, Vallaki

When: After a server crash or reset.

What: Whenever the server comes back online, the bunk bed in the northeast corner of my rental is gone. (See the screenshots in the spoiler, below.) After each deletion, my placeables count is appropriately reduced to 99, and I'm able to re-add the bunk bed and execute @rental save with no issue. However, the bed is gone the next time the server goes down, even if the rental was saved. It isn't life-shattering, but it's mildly annoying.

Recreate: Uncertain. This seems like it can only be monitored after a reset or crash.

Ideas: This just started after we got our new tileset a few weeks ago. The spot the bunk bed sits in is new, exists as the easternmost point in the rental, and sticks out past the rest of the rental a little bit. It may be that the spot is treated as out of bounds for the tile. I remember that was an issue with some rentals in the past.
