In celebration of launching Courteney Macarons - elegant and flavourful biscuits that can be enjoyed anywhere - House Courteney is pleased to sponsor a BAKING CONTEST, hosted in the newly renovated Savant lounge House of the Morning.

Contestants will be provided with the highest quality dementlieuse flours and doughs from which to fashion their creations. All other ingredients must be supplied by the contestants themselves. Three (3) portions of the submission are expected in order to prove consistency of craft and be judged by the palates of arbitration.

Furthermore, contestants will demonstrate their process of creation using the one of the finest kitchens in the Core. In this category, the audience will be our judges.
