Ranger not recieving bonus spell slots on level up

What:
Ranger(with 14 WIS) does not receive an additional level 1 spell slot, resulting in 2 2 1 0. Expected spell slots are 3 2 1 0.

Recreate:
Make a ranger, get to level 14.

Ranger spell progression is, as per the NwN stats, and thus the 3e version:

At level 14, they should have 1 1 1 0, so with your stats, it'd be 2 2 1 0. It works as intended.

The spell progression listed on the wiki is incorrect then. Does this mean that ranger has different spell progression than paladin and hexblade?

Looks like you're right about the spell progression. It's a NwN bug, they should get an extra level 1 slot at level 14. I'll fix it next hak update.
