Rations Restoring Less HP on Rest

Where:
Anywhere.

When:
When resting with missing hitpoints after eating a ration.

What:
Hitpoints restored after eating are roughly half of what they were before the last update.

Recreate:
Reduce HP, eat a ration, rest.

Ideas:
Unclear if this is a bug or not. Was told to report anyway.

I do hope it is a bug. We already had the nerf in the rations quantity. Cooking add bonuses. Not sure we need another nerf upon regular food.
