At Le Conservatoire

Join host Warden Eponine Verrox for a night of rhetoric and revelry at Le Conservatoire. We are looking for debaters to present arguments for each side of the following questions:

Does art need to have meaning behind it?
Is torture justifiable in the name of security?
Is it ever okay to lie?
Do the ideals in the Pain of Plenty still hold true in a post Revolutionary Dementlieu?
Which is better: Poetry or Prose?
Is religious faith compatible with science?

If you would like to be considered as a debate presenter, please send a letter to Warden Eponine Verroux in Traveler’s Suite 10 of the Governor’s Hotel with which questions you would like to be considered for and if you are yea, nay, or either.

Prizes will be offered for each winner.

Presenters will be selected by the end of the month, and the competition will take place early in the month of February, exact date to be determined by availability.
