Direct Connect Issues

Hello!
Hoping someone tech savvy can help me out.  Trying to come back to playing after a few years off.  Installed NWN Diamond edition on a new PC and when going to direct connect, I'm getting the server found attempting to login when I enter the IP, but then I'm getting the "connection to server has failed>Server is not responding (timed out)" message over and over, even though I know the server is up.

Any ideas how to fix that?

The server runs on Enhanced edition, not on diamond edition. Perhaps that's the issue?
