Two item stacks of same type change places on hotbar on login

Upon login.
What:
Two item stacks of the same type, for example a 99 stack of Heal potions and a 11 stack of Heal potions, will swap with each other on the hotbar on each login when one is quick slotted. So I drag the 99 stack to my hotbar and at next login the slot instead contains the 11 stack, then at next login it switches again and so on.
Recreate:
Creating two stacks of the same item, quickslotting one, logging in, logging out should reproduce the effect, I would be surprised if it worked only for Heal potions.
