Not sure if it's a bug, or an intended behavior.
Where: Naillat. I've seem it happen on the library room on the first floor, and on the southern most room of the second floor.
When: The last time was on October 6th, at around 10:45 GMT
What: Most of the time we only get the flavor text that says something like "you feel bad but shake it off". But in two separate occasions, each one on one of the rooms described above, I had a (failed) will check even though my char was under the effects of a Lesser Mind Blank.
I've always accept it as a design, something that would intentionally bypass the Lesser Mind Blank. But today, I first received the flavor message of "shake it off", only to fail the will save a few minutes later while still under the effects of the Lesser Mind Blank. This happened on the southern most room of the second floor, and the DC of the will save was 20.
Unfortunately I don't have screenshots.
Recreate: Cast Lesser Mind Blank and keep trying the different statues on Naillat State, hoping to fail a Will Save. Since the message with the will roll only shows on failure, you might need to try it a few times before actually reproducing the behavior.
Ideas: I would start checking the scripts on the statues.
