Same stats as the apprentice wizard travelling spell-book, just in staff form for those desiring the aesthetic. Most high levels don't use it, but customization options for looks is always fun.

Not a buff, from anything that was already there. But yeah, get what you mean with a desire for more rare staffs x_x alas the powercurve something always need to be looked at.
