I write this notice as a citizen of Vallaki, nu as a Garda. Someone has been stealing my flyers seeking to buy tailoring materials for 20 fang each. A price well below market. My goal was to make clothes for the orphanage for the Temple Toy and Clothing drive. The person stealing my notices is knowingly trying to stop the orphans from getting warm winter clothes. Such a sick person should nu go unpunished. I offer a reward of 1000 fang to anyone who can provide information leading to the identification of the enemy of our orphans.
