Devour magic can't target the caster and the bonus hp from dispelling stacks

As title. The invocation should be able to cast on the caster to remove other people's spell effects, and the hp from dispelling shouldn't be stackable.

I'll fix the temporary HP bug, and allow it to be used on self in the next hak update, but as the description indicates, it won't grant temporary HP if the invocation/spell dispelled was created by the character.

Temporary HP should no longer stack. Let me know if it works.
