There are also some other things in there about other monk prestige classes that could be useful.

Not really, I already had a look through these. Monk prestige classes nearly always have important features that cannot be properly implemented with the game engine. Tattooed monk being the sole exception I could identified so far. Also, and this was stated already, we can only make a single PrC to correctly use the hardcoded monk's flurry of blow/unarmed attack features. This is accomplished by using the entries intended for the unreleased Disciple of Shu PrC. In the unlikely event beamdog ever unlocks the hardcoding on monk features more monk PrCs would then be considered, but at this time not a possibility.
