Found Radu in the crypt under the sanctuary in the Vallaki outskirts
Been told that he chased an outcast character down here.

Is he supposed to walk down the iadul crypt filled with immortji?
In addition he couldn't find his way back to the Inn when I saw him he was just standing in the doorframe.

Didn't realize he'd get stuck until after saw the post. Assumed he'd have pathed back after awhile, but will do.

There was a change some time ago that his script was changed to not chase players to the bridge or farms transitions, at least.  This is why he was hanging out by the gallows a lot for a while.

It could very well be no one thought to exclude the morninglordian sanctuary from pursuit, or it might represent a regression, or it might be intentional (though in the latter case I'd argue that he shouldn't follow into the crypts at least, as this is exploitable)

Indeed, he probably shouldn't be allowed into the sanctuary at all when stalking a person, because even an attack on a caliban would be stopped by the NPC's inside so would be nice for us to have to avoid taking out Radu if he some day decided to get rowdy when tricked into the sanctuary xD

homie still goes into the vistani camp though which is also a big red flag

Yeah, the vistani camp was always allowed by the garda to my knowledge; and it kinda has to be.  Otherwise you get literally spawn camped by some baldie with a hammer if you're an outcast.
