Vallaki Sewers: A Notice Placed Near the Drain

This proclamation is not to be found on any of the noticeboards throughout Vallaki but instead resides near a lonely door in an abandoned stretch of the sewers beneath the gray town.

ATTENTION

THE CULT OF PAZRAEL

Let it be known that any who treat with the Cult of Pazrael and shelter them will be considered enemies of Vallaki

It has come to attention that this cult worships a demon 
This fiend is the incarnation of depravity and deceit, demanding its faithful engage in the ruin of innocence, acts of sadistic bloodletting, and ritual sacrifice
 
THEY HAVE BROUGHT THIS DEMON TO VALLAKI
 
It is known that this place acts as a refuge for these cultists

We are willing to believe that you were not aware that they had conjured this entity, that it had wrought great harm above, and that they continue foul rituals to empower it to this very day
Innocents are dead and more will die
We are wiling to believe you took no part in murdering those who sought to stop this cult
WE WILL BELIEVE IT IF YOU ACT

It will only be a matter of time before powers greater than we notice
