Disguise getting bugged for other players, even if removed

after relogging while still disguised
When:
Was still disguised when logging out for reset, when logged back in had to reapply. Checks from other pc's would not reveal the disguised char, even though the vs was 9 disguise vs 50 spot, and the timer cool down would not apply.
What:
I believe it would prevent other players from detecting disguised chars even if heavily out matching the disguise skill.
Recreate:
Untested yet, will test it tomorrow to see if it's with just logging out while disguised. Tested for just relogging and could not duplicate, I believe it may only occur if there is a server reset or crash - and you are logged out before still in disguise.
Ideas:
