At the request of this monstrous being, the esteemed Knight-Commander of the Obsidian Claw, Auron Blackcrown, doth openly challenge the Mull of Chaos to a duel in 15 days hence, within the perilous Balinok Mountains, to bring an end to this foolish rampage once and for all.

However, should the beast dare to reap any Barovian souls before these 15 days have expired, then hig relentless hunt of the Obsidian Claw shall continue without cease, for eternity, and ultimately vaniquished with the lowest of methods, without honor nor reward.

FOLLOWING THE BASELESS AND UNJUST BANISHMENT IMPOSED UPON US BY THE VALLAKI GARDA, THE OBSIDIAN CLAW HAS WITHDRAWN PERMANENTLY FROM THEIR GROUNDS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF ORDER.
YET LET IT BE KNOWN, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE SUFFER THE SLANDER AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS LEVIED AGAINST OUR HONORABLE MEMBERS, WHO HAVE BEEN UNJUSTLY PARADED AS CRIMINALS.
