I've looked over the forums and im not sure where to post, but I recently made a citizen of Vallaki mad while fending off wererats and casting a spell. Now every npc wants to kill me  Can this be fixed?

I messed up. While tring to close the door to the ladies rest I guess I was over Radu instead and went to hit him. I ran away but now I can't go any where around town as garda attack and Radu and Bianca yells at me. I am sorry I stubbed your toe Radu forgive me please.

Is there a way I can get some help to lower on outcast rating please
