Preparation: Berries plucked from the bush, crushed distilled and dried, thirty berries to a dose. Two drops of oil mixed into the dust to create a thick paste. Powder can be kept and used as a powder as well as a paste for application to weapons or food.

Damaged Kidneys can be non-fatal however leave a great deal of discomfort and pain lingering for the rest of their natural life or until the organs are somehow healed. This makes it useful for not killing rather hobbling in instances where one may not wish to cause death.

Preparation: Harvest in Spring for best results, wear gloves and remove plant from ground, clip roots and grate into shaving. Avoid contact to skin. Boil lowly for 8 hours reduce liquid into paste or powder. Do not handle without protection.
