Sneak attack not applying properly on pistols

Did from stealth and invisibility where conditions were right to proc sneak attack. Not sure what the first damage instance is but my bullets were the 1d4 buck and ball.

Gun was helling and son fidelis.

Gun feats pure rogue.

Were you within 10 feet? ranged sneak attacks require you to be within a certain distance of the target iirc

Within 30' to be exact. This is an hardcoded feature.

Yes all conditions were correct. Point blank range from stealth and invis.

Have you tried with other ranged weapons? I have a feeling it might just be incompatible with guns as these are a custom addition outside of the combat system.

I obviously can't say for certain since I don't know the stats of the gun in question, but is the sneak attack damage possibly directly added to the roll without feedback? Those 61 damage on the non-crit do look about in range of that.
