Proclamations from S.R.

[Bloodied letters have found their way to Vallaki.]

dear vallaki, a letter from S.R. (slum.rat.)

i have been enjoying the nightly meals and fights, truly entertaining…..

but, S.R. has a few proclamations from their court and to clear up a few things..

You have two ways to keep me from killing:

1. Deliver me tribute, to be left at the entrance of the sewers. You “rich” adventurers can afford it. I shall deem it adequate, THERE WILL BE NO DEATH THAT NIGHT.
2. End me.

Now, my proper proclamations:

1. ALL GUNDARAKITES, Caliban, Twists, and other unwanted who do not participate in my hunting will be excused from the above tribute requirement and are free to enter and leave my domain (The sewers outside of the Drain) as long as they respectfully do so.
2. Let this be a DECLARATION OF WAR upon the GARDA, the KINSHIP, and their allies. Any who INVADE my territory shall meet their end in one way or another.
3. The INTERLOPER wolf shall stay out of my territory or meet a nice and fresh end.

[A new letter finds itself across Vallaki, this time with no S.R. signature, but it wouldn't be too hard to figure out whom it's from.]

[A letter finds its way, on display near the Cage near the gate.]

[A new letter finds its way to near the well.]

[Branchie]

[Two new letters find themselves outside of the well.]

[Immediately after, the proclamations seem to cease, and disappear amongst time...]
