Voodan rules updated.

Hi all,

We have updated our rules and the Voodan RP resources to allow players more flexibility.

Voodan players are now free to customize their own patron loa.
The sole exception is for voodan from Athas whom are still restricted to the elemental spirits of the Dark Sun setting.

This change is not enforced retroactively.
