Double mighty on bows after crafting change?

Where: On the test server, and on the live server

When: right meow

What:


Two versions of mighty on this bow, the same thing on another  bow I have made of Cobweb and Devil horns

Recreate: Look at any other previously made bow that has been changed via the crafting changes.

Ideas: I have no idea. Maybe something to do with Cobweb palm?
