bought +2 vs shapeshifter woocutter's axe from Djordji and im getting messages "..cuts deep into wood" so looks like its working? so it got fixed that selling woodcutters and mining picks to vendor doesnt broke them anymore?

I've noticed this with a certain loot drop scimitar that drops in Markovia that I bought from the vistani. It says this text "chops deep into the brush", but it doesn't really seem like it works at all.
