Port-à-Lucine: The Eastern Outskirts

The sun rose above the Eastern outskirts as the crimson haired woman breathed the crisp, fresh morning air, basket held within the crook of her arm for the collection of berries and herbs, as she wandered upon the road to the University.

She had not been upon her wander long before she was seen fleeing back towards the Quartier Marchand, past the La Dama di Porcellana, towards the terraces, screaming for aid, distraught and incoherent in fear. The basket of berries had been dropped in her flight, scattering what little she had picked upon the floor, staining the cobblestones red with their juice.

A few moments later a certain Half-Elf known in the city shows up at the Crossroads to the University, and there at the strand he gathers the mutilated remains of a Dementlieuse Man. Before the sun settles he and the crimson haired woman carry it to the Gendarmerie. No officer being on duty, he leaves a note with the desk clerk, who takes care of the body.
