Basket Bug -Outskirts

Hey folks,

Seems there is some kind of bug with baskets, possibly just in the Outskirts.

If you put a basket down, some players cannot see it. It is there however.
Quick Fix: Log out and back in, and you should see the basket.

I believe a server reset may resolve it.
