No Roll Play exp in mist camp

as of late role play in the Mist Camp is no longer gives EXP.
This seems to be all times. Verified with several other players they were having same issue.

There can be reasons why this happens, and it's happened before. I can at least report as of right now, my RP ticks have been working fine in the Arrival section of the Keep of the Dyad.
