Mist Spawn Bug - Herbs Inaccesible

[Silence is Violence]

On one of the mist spawns on the Old Svalich crossroads, there's two herbs that are inaccesible.
They're the that spawn on the south end of the map, closest to the road towards Berez.
The inaccesible herbs are an Ezra's Mantle and a Fetid Sparignium.
