Ideas: Well,,, I heard that some appearances become glitchy in some races, genders and body options. This must be the case.

The model used there doesn't work on female dwarves, halflings, or gnomes, and probably half-orc models. It was probably edited to have that particular model so you'd just need to take it and remodel it somewhere, most likely.
