[Port-a-Lucine] The Detective's Masquerade

An array of notices are neatly posted about within the Quarters Publique and Savant of Port-à-Lucine.

The Detective's Masquerade Hosted by House Ambroiseux and the  Red Vardo Traders   All members of polite society are cordially invited to join us for a night of mystery and intrigue on March 31st, 778 at the Governor's Hotel Ballroom! The guiding atmosphere of the masquerade shall be "detectives and robbers," with a gentle ambiance of subterfuge. One predetermined guest will secretly be a master thief, whose identity is concealed until the finale. Clues and riddles will be left between musical cues as to the true identity of the mischievous villain. At the end of the ball, the guest who first determines who the criminal is will receive a mystery prize and 50,000 solars to a charity of their choosing. An entry fee of 1,000 solars shall be collected for admission at the door. Fine dress and clothing are required. It is encouraged to be in masque and persona. No ne'er-do-well, unruly caliban, or any actual dastardly villain will be permitted entry. Prospective sponsors, musicians, and caterers should endeavor to contact Mlle. Éléonore Ambroiseux.
