Ok, so... I confirm they do not currently receive the dwarven waraxe proficiency.
At this time the actual features they receive are:
+2 Con, -2 Cha
Darkvision
Defensive training vs. giants
Hardiness vs. poisons
Hardiness vs. spells
Heat Resistance
Offensive training vs. orcs
Offensive training vs. goblinoids
Waterwise
I've updated the entry accordingly. According to the source material, Unath dwarves gets heat resistance and waterwise in replacement of their lore affinity and stonecunning. All the rest is supposed to stay the same. Although dwarven waraxe proficiency works differently here than in the source material (game engine limitation). That they are not having it here may be both a balance point and to reflect that it's not a society with easy access to metal (nor trees to fell). They live in deserts and whatever they get they get by trade, or raiding. It may be logical that they do not have any affinity with a particular weapon. I,ll let you know if this ever changes.
As you made your choice of subrace based on erroneous information, DMs will likely help you to switch to another one if you desire it.
