Mist camp vistani not talking

The caravan vistani have started to act strange ever since the last update, they seem not talk to people unless you visit another zone before trying again.

I have noticed this as well.......i re-log or go into the keep and back out. this seems to allow interaction with the Vistani captains controlling the caravans

Rarely i've been having to right click for the Talk To option off the radial, regular left-clicking not working. Thought it was just me.
