Garda OCR Tool Receives Everyone Warmly

This was taken after examining someone who was auto-hostile to Radu. They don't seem to be received warmly to me, idk.

My experience is that it takes in numerous factors. Spot being one of those.

It used to work fine on this same character, I haven't seen anything but 'received warmly' and I took about twenty in the outskirts today.

I think this message should probably be changed along with the tiers then, but maybe that's because I interpret OCR to be more about social invisibility & I think this message is a bit much unless you have negative OCR.

0-5 should be "this individual is tolerated," 6-11 should be "this individual is regarded with some suspicion," 12-15 should be "this individual is seen by most as unwelcome."

Play a regular human with a neutral Charisma and minimal to no investment in Influence, and you hover between 6 to 10. Even as a caster who has the permanent +2.

Other races stray nearer to 10-14. They already can't take jobs in many places in Barovia. So that message seems appropriate.

Maybe the auto-hostile from Radu wasn't OCR related but race related, and the tool only checks for OCR, not the races & subraces. Was the person examined a half-orc or half-orc subrace?

The system accounts for Disguise and Influence (Bluff), which is likely why they show up as being warmly welcomed in this case.
