What:
Dwarven Waraxe not proficient for Athasian Dwarf, the item pic remais as Red and isnt possible to use

Ideas:
Athasian Dwarf isnt set as Dwarf or the Dwarven Waraxe proeficiency is not set correctly

Athasian dwarves don't get a weapon proficiency bonus, thats why its not listed in the dark sun handbook or the ravenloft forum entry for it. You'll have to spend a feat.
