Vampire Hide leaves my character naked on login

Where: Everywhere Vampire Hide is worn

When: At logout/in

What: Wearing Vampire Hide leaves my character naked when I log out/in.

Recreate: Happens every time so far. All day long.

Ideas:

a. The armor is restricted to Evil characters and I am Neutral but have sufficient UMD skills to use it. (Checked with another bard who uses it and they have no nudity issue)

b. I am phenotype large which causes some cosmetic quirkiness sometimes. (But other hide armors with the same cosmetic look work just fine)

c. A possible combination of these two factors?

Are you wearing items which boost your UMD? Does your selected background boost your UMD?

This is sort of what happens when, on login, the game decides you shouldn't be wearing the thing, even if later it gets its bearings and realises you can UMD it.

If there's some kind of UMD bonus it applies after its made that check, then that might be the reason.

That may be the problem.

I will tolerate it until I can spend some more points in UMD to use the armor without the bonus.  If it persists, I will report it here in this forum.
