Where: I first found this bug when fighting wolves west of Vallaki.

When: The weapon suggests it should apply the Wolfsbane poison on hit, but no such message appears in combat log no matter which creature I have used it against.

What: Weapon on hit effect not applying.

Recreate: Equip a Poisonous Pike and hit an enemy with it.

Idea: Doesn't say it applies on hit? Not sure if that makes a difference.

As a poison I'd suspect it may only work on werewolves, or it might awkwardly be a poison type that only works on ingestion.
