I believe this is in reference to the Blue Text that performer characters often use so that when they use it they actually receive RP XP.

Ohhh. The name threw me off and I thought it was in refrence to alt characters. Thanks for explaining.

It's actually a system that checks for characters with the same name as that leads to file corruption. It was optimized by EO to throw fewer false positives.

ohhhh. That makes sense don't need like thirteen Valentins or like a undred Thomases and such. That makes sense. Good on EO for thinking of such a system yah I recall in old NWN that was a big issue for Servers when yah had like thirteen Pauls and some Paul had to be Leto'ed due to corrupted file mixing. Ty Agony.
