Hello Prisoners,
We bring good news today, its has long been requested that we lower the cooldown for application submitted to Community Council. After review, we're happy to announce you that as of now, the cooldown on subrace application has been reduced to 14 days. The change is also retroactive, this means that that if you have submitted a subrace application more than 14 days ago and it was declined, you apply again whenever you're ready to do so again.
Take note that this only applies to subrace application and nothing else.
