A fearful and nervous elf has been heard asking Djordi and the vistani in charge of the mist camp why the mist guard is allowed to come in and attack and murder people near the wagons, endangering not only travelers, but the vistani wagon coach men and oxen as well. The elf seems rather exasperated and stuttery, recounting what she saw of an earlier conflict to the vistani wagon merchant, which involved the mist guard assaulting en-masse and murdering a pair of individuals for an apparent bounty collection for the valliki guarda with no regard to their surroundings or the innocents they could have harmed during their mad assault.
