Lizuca does not remove level drain

When: When asking for her to cleanse of disease and illness.

What: Level drain is not removed (I recall a similar bug for the Halan near Outpost Zeklos that was fixed)

Recreate: Ask for her to cleanse a level drained PC of disease and illness

i think its on purpose
she isnt casting restoration on you
you have to go elsewhere or find a player to relieve yourself of a higher level debuff
