Faction Tool not showing proper info

I added a PC to the Gendarmerie Faction, then promoted them to Rank 1 (Recrue). Unfortunately I still can't seem to see the details of this.

Said PC can correctly see their own status and mine.

This is despite us both relogging; it didn't fix it.

Has the PC done @faction reveal? they need their faction shown to be able to view it with the faction tool.

Ah, that must be it, thanks. Now that they're in uniform I can see it!
