Would it be possible to change it so he only shouts once, and then there's a cooldown placed on the NPC so he doesn't shout again for another, say, 30 seconds?

Whenever possible I take the longer route to the savant simply to ensure my log doesn't fill up with his nonsense.

Yeah, I had brought this up way back way back when those materials first became available.

On weapons, you get the fire vs ice effect.

On armor/shields, they are both a protection vs fire effect.  As Zyemeth suggested, this is because of how it works (inexplicably) in the source material.

A ranger at level 8 can take a level 9 wolf animal companion. The other animal companions are level 8. I think the version of the wolf got copied wrong.

Ah, you're correct. I'll fix this, and also add skill progression to wolves in the next hak update.

The potent potion of True Seeing currently has the same model as Keen Sense Potions and should probably get the same looks as normal true sight to match with other potent versions.

I'll change its appearance so it looks like the True Seeing ones with some slight differences.

Tigan's rest door rarely stays closed because the barmaid paths in and out of it. Occasionally she gets stuck behind it too.

These should all be fixed.

There are no Vistani in Blaustein; I presume you are referring to the ferry captain, and that's not a bug. Also he mentions Markovian waters, so there's no typo either.

The Examine Object player tool feat turns into "Cancel Polymorph" while polymorphed in the hotbar, along with many other of the player additional actions. The radial menu can still be used, however.

Additionally, if you have an outfit with that pelvis option it no longer can have the pelvis model changed at a crafting dummy.

The model number is Pelvis 155.

Juju Zombie Champions have a high likelihood to leave behind persistent corpses through area resets; this likely contributes to bad server performance impacts, though it might ultimately be negligible.
