During the recent visit of a Von Zarovich to the city of Vallaki a nameless man with a distinctive accent was seen hanging around the Citadel and asking passers by how to find the burgomaster estate. Little could be seen about the man in question as he kept his body and a face covered. Though he wore distinctive red and black armor.
