Bugged crafting container bags
« on: March 18, 2022, 05:33:53 AM »
bundles do not work properly,

When you empte the bags into station. They do not get seen as materials. you have to manualy put in your bag again then back in the station to work.

This needs a looksy

This has been a known quirk of the crafting system for a long time, one that we cannot readily solve currently (though we are still looking for a solution). It's the same issue as chitin plates that need to be taken off the woodworking table then placed back on it so they may be used.

In the meantime the bundles still remain useful, at least allowing for bulk buying supplies, and to quickly remove supplies that have not been used from the crafting stations. It's half what we want it to be, but a definitive quality of life improvement anyway.

FYI while troubleshooting this issue we noticed the following quirk. The first time you unload the potion bottles (or whatever other crafting supply) in the crafting station in doesn't work, but it will work if you pick them back with the bundle then unload again straight in they station. We're still trying to figure out this bug, but this is a quick workaround you can use to mitigate the issue in the meantime.

Ah we found out it works quicker to just grab the bundles and empty them in your own bag if you have the space for it. Wichs makes them to be used directly after.

It might lay between the transaction from the vendor to the crafting table. they work fine if one empty's them in ther own bag

That would work too, but you are still at risk of losing them if you try to pick them again with a bundle when there are other crafting supplies components in your bag. I've put up a warning detailing how to properly use them unti we can fix this issue, if ever.

All crafting container/bundle bugs should now be fixed.

This does not appear to be fixed.  When using the alchemical container bundle bought from the NPC Doroteja Herczog in Outpost Zeklos, you still have to do the temporary workaround from before.

Might have found the problem. Not sure if this is known.

Once you buy the bags. They do not indicate proper weight for items. Weight gets added after you take the items out of the bags.

This is with all the suply bags the case.

Both the weight and interaction issues should now be fixed.
