Halan Near Outpost Zeklos does not restore level drain

The restore being drained option, as well as all of her other spells, does not cure a level drain.  Restoration should clear level drains.

Edit: The source of the level drain was the on-hit attack from the Orphanage hag, if that matters.

I think you are missing the combat log text of which spell she is actually casting.

If it is only lesser restoration to cure being *ability* drained, from the shadow creatures nearby in various directions, then no it wont cure level drain.

It's supposed to be Restoration, a lesser restoration would be rather pointless for an NPC..  Didn't have the spellcraft to identify the spell so combat log is useless.

In the past she did give restoration.

She is meant to give restoration yes.
