Cannot Take Favored Weapon/Turn Spirit Feats, unable to level

Playing a Voodan or a Favored Soul, the custom feats that are required to level up are unavailable to select.  Turn Spirit is not listed for Voodan at level 2, and Favored Weapon is not listed for Favored Souls.

Edit: Favored Weapon is allowed at 3, disregard that.  However, Voodans, at least one I know of, still cannot take Turn Spirit feats.

Is this on the main or the test server?

Main server, live right now.  I could take the Favored Weapon feat at level 3.  The level 2 feats are not appearing.  I did use the iron maiden on my PC and get de-levelled.  I can't recall but I think the other player (Voodan) might have as well.

Yeah, that might be the cause. Deleveling can be wonky. I'd suggest "remaking" the character, that should fix it for now. I'll look later at the root cause to fix it.
