What:
Recently travelled to Red Academy, spent a few days there as a guest and left, no issues. Upon return, red Academy guards are very hostile. My OCR remains unchanged.

After being murdered and revived the hostile state has ended.

sounds like the dear old bug of the sudden OCR hate. Either you let youself be killed or leave the area for a while.

Not sure where the OCR would have come from as I had been there for a while without any issue
