Where: Vallaki Western Outskirts
When: Placing a picnic basket in the outskirts at 12:32 A.M. UTC on December 5th, 2021.
What: Using the picnic basket as normal removed it from my inventory as normal, but it did not appear in the world on my screen until I had exited and reentered the area. The same applied to another player, it not showing up until they reentered.
Recreate: Tried with a fresh basket placed by another player, same result.
Ideas: Probably lag related? Pretty sure there was a Port event going on at the time.
