Can not respawn at faction base - Red Academy

My character's faction has been set up as Red Academy by a DM and it has been verified by a DM that my faction is Red Academy. But after the server resets, I can never spawn at my faction base. It shows that my faction base is Mist Camp. There were two resets and it happened twice so far.
I typed @reveal faction and when I control, it shows my Appearent and Actual factions are both RA. Inherent is Outlander. I am able to use faction toolkit (only tried to recruit NPCs, didn't demote or promote anything) and it works properly.
