Robes of Shintao

The detect evil ability lists on the character paper doll but I can't find the "activation" on the ability wheel. Possibly I am overlooking it, and if so, I apologize. But I have asked a few people where it should be located and I don't think it's there.

This is an outdated item, which should no longer drop with that feat on it.
