Moon cycle notifications during the day

As someone currently playing a half-vistana.  It is sometimes useful to know during the moon phase is during the daytime hours in game.  Is there a way to allow that notification to come up like it does during the evening hours without screwing up other mechanics?

Day 14 is the full moon and day 28 is the new moon if that helps at all for the interim.

Lasts the 3 days around that time on either side of those numbers. Calendar can be checked IG by hovering your mouse over your compass.

Day 13 after midnight to day 16 before midnight will always be a full moon, it never changes.

While it is fairly easy to figure out, it's still a nice QoL benefit. It's been requested often enough and Vistani are already pretty low QoL.
